📦 Auckland Wide Delivery

Delivered Within 3 Working Days

All orders are fulfilled locally from Manukau, Auckland.
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation notification.

Processing Time:
Orders are typically prepared within 1–2 working days before delivery.

We will contact you if there are any unexpected delays.

🌡 Temperature Notice (Important for Chocolate Products)

Our edible chocolate products are sensitive to heat.
To maintain quality:

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.

  • Avoid leaving products outdoors for extended periods.

  • Store in a cool, dry place between 15°C – 20°C.

  • Do not refrigerate unless necessary.

We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery due to heat exposure or improper storage.

🏡 Local Pick-Up (Manukau)

We offer free local pick-up from Manukau.

  • Pick-up is by appointment only.
  • You will receive a notification when your order is ready.
  • Pick-up details will be provided once your order is confirmed.

 

This option is ideal for customers who prefer immediate collection or wish to avoid delivery fees.

⏰ Working Days

Working days are Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
